Exhausted as I was, I decided to take one of the tour busses around Paris. I spent about three hours riding upstairs and out in the sunshine and blue sky. It was a perfect day.Carrie walked all day. Later that day I told her that while she had seen Paris "a pied" (on foot), that I had seen it "a derrierre"!
